We come supplied with a whole bag of emotions to navigate life. During transitions or difficult times these feelings can linger and persist, sometimes interfering with our sense of well-being, relationships, career or identity, and talking to a counselor can

 absolutely be effective in helping you cope.  

Typically in individual therapy we work on a plan made just for you to build a life you envision.

The BEST way to know if I am your gal is to give me call and chat about what's been going on so can get to know each other outside of this virtual realm. 

 

 

Insurance & Fees : 

I offer third party reimbursement to those who would like to bill to their insurance carrier.

Just ask me about it fees and getting set up.
